Keggy Featherwolf: I am a Creative Arts Therapist, Play Therapist, Hypnotist, advocate, mixed media artist, mother, and wife. I believe in doing art for the joy of creating. I try not to worry about the outcome because I see my best work when I do, but I am human (some say), and I often become frustrated and embarrassed about my work. I noticed over the past few years, my work had gotten uptight. I want to get back to my old ways of using whatever I could find to make art. I love using raw materials, vintage, old, worn, etc. I also like to expand on other people's ideas. The Tolky Muft comes from the idea of creating art from whatever you have on hand, rather than running to a store. My home is packed with art materials and "artsy" things. I am still VERY blog challenged and shy about sharing anything like art or my life.. so this is still not easy for me.
